- All deposits placed on vehicles are **non-refundable** once submitted. By placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit secures the vehicle exclusively for you and removes it from available inventory.
2. **Vehicle Reservation Period:**
- The deposit guarantees that the vehicle will be held in your name for a period of **five (5) business days** from the date the deposit is received. During this time, no other customers will be permitted to purchase or reserve the vehicle.
3. **Final Payment Requirements:**
- The remaining balance for the vehicle must be paid in full within the five (5) business days of the deposit being placed. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the release of the vehicle back to inventory.
4. **Acknowledgment of Agreement:**
- By placing a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. You also acknowledge that the deposit serves as a binding agreement to purchase the vehicle under the terms outlined.
